Location data is collected only when the relevant feature is enabled by your organization and you have granted location permission on your device. You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings.

If you enable the step counter feature, WorkTrac uses your device's motion sensors to count steps during work hours. Step data is stored locally on your device and synced to your organization's account.

We collect a push notification token from Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications to your device. We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or hardware serial numbers.

3.1 Within Your Organization

Your work activity data (tasks, time entries, location check-ins, photos, messages) is visible to managers and owners within your organization. This is the core purpose of the Service — enabling workforce management.

3.2 Client Portal

If your organization shares task information with clients via the Client Portal, clients may see task status, photos, time entries, and attachments that your organization has chosen to share. Clients cannot see your personal profile, location history, or private messages.
